Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
What is a damage claim process?
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 24 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt, as no claims can be made after this time. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect purchase(s) for damages within 24 hours.
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. Many of our items are non-stock items. It is the customer's responsibility to contact a Mondo Collection sales representative to check on stock and availability. Special orders and items made to order may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of payment, in which case a cancellation fee would apply.
What are your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight, and ship-to location. Shipping and Handling charges are additional charges that will be added to the invoice.
Do you have a faster shipping service available?
Your order can be shipped via expedited service, however there is an additional surcharge for this service. Please contact Mondo Collection for further details.
Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
If you provide us with an alternate shipping address in the US, your order can be shipped directly to the alternate address.
Can orders be shipped outside the U.S.?
Mondo Collection can arrange for shipment outside the US. Please contact us for additional information.
How is sales tax calculated on orders?
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New York State. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?

How do I redeem a gift certificate?
A gift certificate is just like cash and may only be redeemed in the showroom. A gift certificate is valid for one year from the date of issue. Thereafter, an unused certificate is forfeited.
